Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange Window

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days after the order is delivered.

Eligibility Conditions

For an exchange to be approved, the item must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Show no odors, stains, signs of wear, alterations, or damage.
• Include proof of purchase.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted for a different size or color, subject to availability.
• An item may also be exchanged for another item of equal value.
• If the replacement item costs more, the customer must pay the difference.
• Monetary refunds are not provided.
• Approval is subject to an inspection of the item and availability of the requested replacement.

Exchange Shipping Costs

• The customer is responsible for shipping costs related to an exchange.
• If the item received has a manufacturing defect or Princess Fitness shipped an incorrect item, Princess Fitness will cover the applicable shipping cost.
• Do not send an item back before receiving instructions from Princess Fitness.

Items That Cannot Be Exchanged

For hygiene reasons or because they are final-sale products, exchanges are not accepted for:

• Socks.
• Waist trainers.
• Sale items.
• Discounted items.
• Clearance items.
• Items marked as final sale.
• Personalized products, when applicable.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, email: princessfitnessactivewear@gmail.com

Include:

• Full name.
• Order number.
• Product name.
• Purchased size and color.
• Requested replacement size, color, or product.
• Reason for the request.
• Clear product photos when applicable.

Princess Fitness will provide further instructions after reviewing the request.

Important

Princess Fitness reserves the right to reject any request that does not comply with this policy.

Submitting a request within the 7-day window does not automatically guarantee approval.
